Minimum Order:
All orders require a minimum spend of R250.

Delivery Fees:
Prices charged at R100 per delivery, to any area we cover located between Kommetjie, Melkbostrand, Paarl and Gordons Bay. Request a quote for all other areas outside this range.

Delivery charges apply to all orders under R1000 at checkout, helping to cover travel and labor costs for smaller loads.

Orders of R1000 or more qualify for free delivery, as long as they fall within the specified service areas listed below.

Please note that delivery incurs costs for fuel, labor, and vehicle maintenance. However, our delivery fees remain highly competitive and affordable compared to others in the market.

Firewood Delivery Service Overview

We specialize in delivering high-quality firewood, from hardwoods to braai wood, in a fast, professional manner. Our team handles everything from the initial order to neatly stacking the wood at your location.

Standard Delivery:
Firewood delivered loose will always be stacked in your chosen area. Normally, bagged wood stays in bags, but we’re happy to un-bag and stack it for you at no extra charge. Just be sure to give these instructions to our team when they arrive. We can carry the wood up to 30m max from where the delivery vehicle parks. However, if there are many stairs or the distance exceeds 30m, a R150 fee will apply for the extra time and labour. This fee is payable upon delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on payment clearance and current demand (sometimes delivered as fast as the same or next day). We aim to get your wood to you as quickly as possible but do cater for a large volume of households across a massive area, however, we are committed to getting the job done.

Delivery times are highly dependant on the season were in at the time, in winter or autumn you can expect a longer wait due to high demand, where in Summer or Spring we have more time available and can therefore get orders out in almost half the time so keep this in mind when stocking up.

In general smaller orders go out the fastest where bigger orders may take a few days to arrive.

Delivery Scheduling & Guidelines

For a seamless firewood delivery experience, we organize deliveries by suburb to ensure efficiency. Here’s what you can expect:

Estimated Delivery Windows:
While we don’t offer precise delivery times, we do provide an estimated window (morning, mid-day or afternoon) and can supply you with an approximate 3 hour window. Our teams will update you on delivery day and remain in communication until the trip has been completed.

On-Site Requirements and Notes:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • A second delivery fee of R200 applies if no one is present.
  • Keep driveways and parking spaces clear, and inform us of any access codes or special instructions.
  • Make sure the area to stack is clear and ready to pack in.
  • There should be little in our path while carrying and stacking, ensuring we are able to move around with ease.
  • Ensure the person receiving your wood has been well informed about what needs to take place and where the woods should go, if they are staying in bags or not, etc. If we are not given exact instructions on arrival there may be a cost involved to come back and complete it according to your required specifications.
  • We are happy to stack in a maximum of 2 areas. So some wood in the Braai room and some in the garage etc.
  • To save our teams time, please try make the delivery process as easy as possible as we do commit to many trips daily and do our best to keep on track.
  • If you will not be available on the day or aren't home in general, then please provide us with a cell phone number of the person tasked with having to receive the order on your behalf.
